Why do you need an optimized resume?
Thanks to globalization, many companies around the world currently receive a large number of applicants to their open positions. So large, that is no longer manageable for recruiters. Here is where the ATS comes to help (or not?).
The ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a computer program, used by recruiters all around the world, that receives the job applications and filters the most suitable candidates for each position. But, if your resume is written in a format that the ATS doesn't understand, or your qualifications are not written according to the job description, you are automatically rejected without any human intervention, even if you are a good candidate for the position.

How does the matcher work?
The matcher works using various Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Thanks to the latest advances in NLP, our system can interpret the importance of some keywords in the job offer, and determine whether or not they exist in the candidate's resume. This allows us to have a good approximation to the result of the majority of the selection algorithms that are implemented in the ATS. Our Pro plan users can assess the impact certain optimizations have on their resume for a particular position, and simulate the level of approval their resume might have before formally submitting it to a prospective employer.
Can I write my resume in different languages?
Yes, our platform allows you to create records for the sections of the resume in different languages. When you create a resume, you must choose which language you will use and it will show you automatically only the records of the chosen language. Currently, the available languages are Spanish and English.
What are the accepted payment methods?
At the moment, we accept VISA, American Express, Master Card and Discover credit and debit cards, , which are processed with the PayPal payment gateway, without the need to have an account on that platform. Additionally, if you have a PayPal account, you can use your PayPal balance or the cards you already have registered to make the payment.
